Poetry Reading to Benefit Nepal

Join us Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the Historic Meetinghouse

A trio of Ridgefield poets will present a fund-raiser reading in the hope that poems that might offer a comfort and a hope that the poems’s comfort will wind around the world and let our fellow-dwellers on the planet in Nepal know that they are on our minds and in our hoping hearts to help. Ridgefield Poet Laureate Emerita Barb Jennes, Artist / Poet Martha Talburt, and Ridgefield Poet Laureate Ira Joe Fisher will share their verses in a hope you’ll share your hearts to ease the pain in Nepal.
